great services, very good wi-fi. spacious bedroom. the staff were very helpful and assisted with free parking. location close enough to a gorgeous hike through the hotel's private trail, activities to do in the area and lovely gardens.

Every detail of the hotel was magical, all the staff were delightfully helpful and professional. We got room with rustic decor and a clean bathroom to relax. Also, location was perfect and nice, within walking distance of Portalon.

The hotel is conveniently located near several attractions, making it a great base for exploring the Pacific coast. After a long hike, you can relax at the beautiful beaches nearby. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the shower has good water pressure.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The hotel is nestled in the heart of a lush rainforest, surrounded by fabulous gardens. It truly felt like a magical environment. The cottages were simple yet comfortable, and they blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The beds were cozy, the bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the veranda overlooking the surroundings was simply perfect. We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendliness.

Thanks everyone for an amazing stay at this wonderful resort in February. The room was brand-new with full of butterflies and the twin beds, as example, at least for me. The staff was all best and excellent. The location was stunning and fantastic and minutes from highway. Btw, went to city center, located relatively near the hotel. I loved this venue, no complaints.

We had an amazing time at a private paradise, far from the tourist crowds. The lush gardens provided a sense of privacy. The breakfasts were relaxing and offered a variety of delicious options. We loved pre-ordering dinners and enjoying them by the pool. Cristina's tour recommendations made our experience easy and enjoyable. we had a fantastic and unforgettable stay.

Central location nice to see the sunset from the top of the hill. Staff was wonderfully helpful and decent, and facilities were pretty nice here. Brand-new & neat room, with lounge area, a fridge, and coffee and tea making equipment.

Had an amazing time during Christmas holidays! Loved the complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival. the location was perfect, secluded and peaceful but within easy reach of all the main attractions. My favorite part was waking up to the sounds of the jungle and the beautiful gardens surrounding us.

That the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy at times, making it difficult to stay connected with family and friends back home. the pool was a bit small for my liking, although it was still refreshing on a hot day.

We were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of the hotel. Set back in a magnificent botanic garden, this hotel proves to be a great value. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, with a wonderful pool area and new lounge chairs to relax. The breakfasts were amazing, and the staff was very accommodating. We were close to some hidden beaches that you wouldn't find on a map, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
